Konstantin (born May 15th, 1965) came to faith at 33 years old, in 1998. He started attending church following his wife, who went there to be a translator. In 2008, he became an assistant pastor. He also served as a family pastor, counseling couples and parents and even holding conferences and seminars on marriage and parenting in Russia and Ukraine. Then in 2019, he was made the senior pastor of CC Nizhny after the former pastor moved to another city. Konstantin was also a military doctor for 29 years. He retired in the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Since 2013, he has been a TB specialist in a civil hospital.

His wife Marianna (born February 23rd, 1968) is a leader of the Women's Ministry and a speaker for the Christian women’s conferences in Russia. She has taught at the women conferences of CC Russia in Nizhny, Moscow, Omsk, Perm, and Izhevsk. She is also a professional translator and a teacher of English.

"Our vision for the church is to follow Christ in leading the church through His Word, reaching out to those who do not know Christ: spiritual strengthening of the congregation, youth ministry, raising leaders, arranging VBS and camps, ministry to Christian doctors, refugees, and much more.

The two of them invested their love, care, and knowledge of Christ in us then—and have continued to do so throughout all these years of our walk with the Lord. We also praise the Lord for the financial and marriage training we received from Pastor Gary, that that building strong husbands and wives fosters a church made up of healthy Christian families.
